|Recommended: YesThe grounds and facility are kept in excellent condition and repairs are timely. — Quite in the communal areas, although I do hear an appropriate amount of noise from neighbors. Always seems to be some project going on to improve quality of life in Sutton Place.

|Recommended: YesGreat place to be. — This is the best complex I've lived in. I lived here in 2014 and ended up coming back because it was a great experience compared to any other apartment I've lived in. Very nice and spacious apartments. Maintenance always comes to fix things in a timely manner. Management is easy to get ahold of, very helpful and accommodating. Overall, this is a great place to live.

|Recommended: YesGreat place to call home — We loved our neighbors, the management, and most of all our beautiful loft style apartment Best place to live Very peaceful living with fun yearly events they have for the residents. Parking was tricky from time to time but every thing else was awesome I highly recommend Sutton place apartments
|Recommended: YesThe best — I lived at Sutton place for almost two years. I loved our apartment, My neighbors, and the friendly management. Whenever we had an issue they went above and beyond to take care of it. The parking is a headache sometimes but that comes with busy city life. I highly recommend this place for everyone. Peaceful living with having close access to the city. I will truly miss living there and I will miss the fun contests and activities they have there for the residents

|Recommended: YesGreat Starting Apartment — I just moved into the city in an entry level job so a good price and safety were big concerns for me. Not only did it have both, but everyone is very nice and the apartments are great too.

|Recommended: YesA great urban feel without all the racket — It is surprisingly quiet Never hear anyone through the walls. The upkeep and maintenance is Jonny on the spot. Parking can get a little hectic at times, but with a city-ish environment that is expected. Would definitely recommend

|Recommended: YesA good place to live. — I would first say that its quite . I have lived here for a year and I am still waiting for my elusive laundry key . Brian manages my property and he is always very pleasant to speak with. And always approachable even if he is busy with something. The one thing I would ask for and its a long shot, but something for the company to think about Is a remolded fitness room with new updated equipment. And new appliances in the town homes. I know that's asking a lot but I think its time that the property albeit very nice could do better with some updates here and there.
Hey Brian, Thanks for the reviews and complements. I just wanted to follow up on your concerns. For your laundry key I actually dropped a new one off on 12/23, if you didn't get it I can drop a new one off this week. With the updating we are actually in process of testing 3 different styles of renovations. We just finished one in a 2 bedroom town home last week and I'll send them to you to get your thoughts.
