|Recommended: YesNice Quite Convenient Place. — From my experience I can say staff and management have been very helpful and down to earth. The area is safe, quiet and convenient. The area is always clean, they're very responsible about repairing things. Each day I see they're constantly working to make this place as nice as it is.

|Recommended: YesA wonderfully run apartment complex. — The pricing and square footage are a great value. The neighbors were always kind, polite, and mostly kept to themselves. The noise insulation is the best I've experienced in 25 years of renting various places. The staff was always very helpful and were constantly taking care of the buildings making improvements here and there. Hot water was always available and the AC heater seemed properly sized and kept the environment comfy My only real gripe is that the kitchen layout is a bit on the small side which is why I rated 4 out of 5 on the layout. We moved out to change school districts, otherwise we would have stayed much longer than two years.
|Recommended: YesQuiet, friendly, close to everything — It's like living in a very quiet corner of Cincinnati. No traffic noise or noise neighbors. Very nice.

Our apartment was perfect for our needs and the staff was always helpful and kind. Parking was easy and accessible. We will be referring friends to Sutton Place in the future

|Recommended: YesThree Year Experience — My family lived at Sutton Place for over three years. All-in-all it was a very positive experience. Brian Lane and the management team were consistently helpful, responsive, and accommodating to inquiries and requests. Once we decided to move forward with the purchase of a home, we used Prodigy Properties as our agency. We chose them, in part, because of the ease of transition from the apartment to our new house. Jay Owens, our realtor, was knowledgeable and patient with us throughout the entire searching and buying process.

-All maintenance issues were promptly taken care of.
-Parking is pretty easy.
-Great community, great neighbors, and fun contests activities.
-Apartment is built well, few issues came up.

|Recommended: YesClean, friendly, and affordable — This will be my second year of living at Sutton Place in a 2-bed apt, and it has been an overall great experience. The apartment is spacious and full of natural light. It is well insulated and we often don't need to use the A C or heat until well into the different seasons. When the windows are closed, we really can't hear our neighbors much, either. There is always plenty of parking and we have access to recycling and trash pickup right across the lot. Brian is great-- very personable and prompt with repairs. We've had a few minor things that have needed repairs and they've all been fixed well. Mount Washington is also a quiet and cheerful place to live. I love the library and hiking trails in particular. Overall, it's been an A experience and I'd recommend it to anyone who wants a simple, quiet place to live. Rent is also much more affordable than other comparable places that we looked at

|Recommended: YesQuiet, Spacious, and Friendly — Overall, it's hard not to recommend Sutton Place Apartments. They constantly go above and beyond what I would expect of any apartment to do. In short, we had an emergency and had to move apartments very quickly. Many apartments could not make arrangements for us for months, meaning we had no where to stay. However, Brian and his team at Sutton Place not only accommodated us, but moved us in even quicker than expected into a beautiful and spacious apartment. When moving in, we had minor maintenance issues in our apartment, which were fixed quickly and accurately, and any maintenance issues that have come up have been handled in the same way. It has been wonderful working with the maintenance team, and Brian is never a stranger to the apartments either. From fixing stovetops to landscaping and more, Brian makes sure to always say hello and see how things are going. In short, I've never had a problem while living here - with noise, maintenance, or neighbors, and that is what makes Sutton Place hard to beat, among many other things. The size, cleanliness, friendly staff, community of Mt. Washington, regular special events that include money off rent , and beautiful grounds make Sutton Place more of a home than an apartment, and because of that I am glad to say I live here
