|Recommended: YesI’ve been living here for about a year, and overall it’s been a really positive experience. The neighborhood feels safe, and my neighbors have been especially kind and welcoming to both my son and me.
Raising a baby here does come with a few challenges—parking can be tricky at times—but it hasn’t caused any major issues for us. What really stands out is the convenience of the location. Everything we need, from shopping to my job and my son’s daycare, is close by, so we rarely have to travel far.
It’s also a very walkable area, which makes it easy to get to parks and nearby stores, and I always feel comfortable being out and about. On top of that, the app is user-friendly, making it simple to submit maintenance requests and pay rent without any hassle.

|Recommended: YesWeek one — I've officially lived here for a week now and I absolutely love this place. I was living in a 500 sq ft apartment previously so the amount of space I have now is unreal. Unfortunately, I had to put in a maintenance request this past weekend, I had a couch delivered and I think while they were bringing it in it hit the thermostat on the wall knocking it loose, I put in a request on the portal for it to get fixed and it was fixed immediately they were quick to act on it.

|Recommended: YesThe property management team here is top notch. They're on top of any issues you may have, not that I've had many whatsoever. They're friendly and responsive and fair. Can't ask for more than that in property management. Clean and safe. Would definitely recommend.

We appreciate the ease of communication with staff, quick responses to maintentance needs, and the location, safety, and affordability of the community. Parking is sometimes tight, but I appreciate that parking rules are enforced to keep it under control.

|Recommended: YesI could not be more satisfied I love my apartment. It’s just the right size, the grounds are INCREDIBLY well maintained, the staff are friendly and quick to address any questions or concerns. Plus it’s quiet Oh, and they salt the sidewalks and parking lots, AND they plow the lots too I come from a place where they don’t do that at all so it is a very nice surprise.
