|Recommended: YesMeets our needs in all categories. — Although it's only been 4 months of residing at Sutton Place, our expectations have been met and we have not had a negative result with anyone. From the beginning of application process, interaction with all staff and living in an apartment community which we have not done in over 30 years has been positive all across the board. Monthly rent correlates well with property.

|Recommended: YesExcellent — It's quiet and quinte. Landscaping is nice. I have a great view of the woods which I love. The washing machines are nice and storage is useful. Our unit is perfect size and lots of closet space. We love it and are very happy.

|Recommended: YesLoved it — I only lived here a year, but I would've stayed indefinitely if I wasn't moving in with my fiance. The area is nice, the apartment was spacious and even had extra storage units downstairs, parking isn't a super issue like it is living in the city. With any apartment you're always going to have things that need repairing or replacing, and it can be such a pain to deal with getting things fixed. However, one of the best parts of living here is the responsiveness and attention the property managing team provide Maintenance was very prompt to respond and were quick to resolve issues It's also nice to submit work orders online through the resident portal. Specifically, Brian and Nikki are awesome and it was never a big deal to reach out to them for anything.
